Jan Sikkenga

Jan was born on May 1st, 1878. Jan's father was Derk Sikkenga and his mother was Grietien Veen van der. His paternal grandparents were Jans (geboren Rensje) Sikkenga and Geessien Meppelink of Meppeling. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Jans, Albertus, Geesje and Anna. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 49 on August 19th, 1927.
