hendrik was born on January 24th, 1851. Hendrik's father was Jans (geboren Rensje) Sikkenga and his mother was Geessien Meppelink of Meppeling. His paternal grandparents were Hendrik Sikkinga and Hendrikje of Hinderkijn Jansen Strijk. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Derk, Mans, Aaltje and Aaltje. He was the second youngest of the five children. He died at the age of 59 on November 4th, 1910.Death Notes
